Massage and Reflexology for Women

I offer therapeutic, remedial massage and reflexology from my tranquil home treatment room in Abergavenny. I am a passionate believer in the benefits of massage and reflexology and work with you to tailor the treatment you need. I am a member of both the Association of Reflexologists and the Massage Training Institute and keep my skills and knowledge up to date with regular training. I can also help with aftercare advice and tips on postural awareness to support you between appointments. I have a special interest in women’s health and offer targeted therapeutic treatments to help women with their particular concerns

I work with clients on a range of issues such as IBS , migraines, chronic pain, menopausal symptoms and anxiety. I offer pregnancy massage and also work with clients who are trying to conceive.  I also work with clients who just want a treatment to help them relax and switch off from the stresses and strains of life. When you first arrive we always have a consultation to work out your needs for the session, after that you can choose to chat whilst on the couch or just have some quiet down time, whatever suits you.

I work with aromatherapy oils and have a range of therapeutic waxes and balms to help with aches, pains and emotional concerns, e.g. arnica balm for tired muscles, lavender for relaxation and geranium for hormonal balance.  I can offer the choice of the massage couch or a Lafuma Reflexology chair.  I can also offer seated massage.  If you have any queries or concerns then please just get in touch.
