Feeling good, living well

I offer therapeutic massage and reflexology for women from my tranquil home treatment room in Abergavenny. I am a passionate believer in the benefits of massage and reflexology and work with you to tailor the treatment you need. I am a member of both the Association of Reflexologists and the Massage Training Institute and keep my skills and knowledge up to date with regular training. I can also help with aftercare advice and support you between appointments.

I work with clients who find regular appointments help them with conditions relating to posture or long-standing muscular tension and health concerns such as IBS or frequent migraines.  I also work with clients who just want a treatment to help them relax and switch off.  When you first arrive we always have a consultation to work out your needs for the session, after that you can choose to chat whilst on the couch or just have some quiet down time, whatever suits you.
